Operations/warehousing
Our operations/warehousing teams ensure the secure receipt, storage and dispatch of Cleland McIver’s goods and products within our warehouses in an important role within the business.
The team is fundamental in making sure orders are shipped to customers on time and without damage, whilst keeping the supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.
Technical and Quality
The technical and quality department is responsible for compliance across our growing supply base, ensuring that Cleland McIver meets the necessary quality, ethical, sustainability and environmental requirements across the board.
The team’s priority is to take product from selection to bulk production in line with the critical path deadlines for launch.
Support services – accounts, commercial, HR, H&S, reception etc
Cleland McIver relies on the support of a whole range of skills to ensure the smooth running of its many functions.
Roles are therefore varying, from finance and payroll to HR and commercial, as well as front line reception work.
Merchandising
Our merchandising team is responsible for the continuous promotion of Cleland’s products across seven categories.
The team makes sure we are meeting the needs of our customer, while monitoring stock movements, managing inventory levels, ensuring appealing product displays, and implementing promotional activities.
Design
The design team plays a vital role in ensuring new and fresh products flow though the business in line with both seasonal and fashion trends.
Forecasting and and styling for the seasons’ new looks and how these are presented around the business and to the customer is key.
