Operations Administrator Vacancy


We are looking to recruit Operations Administrator as an integral part of our warehouse operations team. You will be a proactive individual with good attention to detail, you will be assisting with all tasks related to operations administration. Including but not limited to Stock movements, investigations, replenishment, sales, and DTC (Direct to Customer) related administration.

Candidate must be flexible with hours as the position will be migrated to Backshift/Night role after successful training period.

This position could be based at either our Kingsway or Smithy bridge sites, hours, and location to be discussed during interview process.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Good planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
• A good knowledge of stock inventory systems
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company and with suppliers and customers
• The ability to investigate systems’ failures and issues
• Competent IT user who will be trained up on the use of inhouse computer systems

Key tasks
• Investigating Stock issues
• Arranging Replenishment jobs for Operatives
• Transferring of stock on internal system
• Maintenance of stock on internal system
• Excel/IT reporting
• Stock taking of goods
• General admin duties
• DTC Related tasks including communication with our Customer’s service team
